Privacy notice
Last updated: May 2026
This notice applies to visitors of extremescaling.com and the legal signing portal homepage at legal.extremescaling.com (informational pages only). Signing flows at personal token URLs process additional categories described below.
1. Data controller
Extreme Scaling LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Extreme Scaling") is the controller for personal data collected through this entity's marketing sites and authorized recruitment and legal channels. Registered office: 412 N Main St Ste 100, Buffalo, WY 82834, United States of America. Governing law: State of Wyoming, United States of America.
2. Categories of data we process
- Applicants and candidates: Contact details, résumé or profile information, recruitment stage, and communications you provide through authorized program channels.
- Legal signers: Identity and contact information tied to a signing invitation, document version accepted, timestamps, and acceptance records.
- Technical data on signing and marketing pages: IP address, user-agent, browser type, device identifiers, and access logs for security, fraud prevention, and audit trails on token URLs.
- Partner and contractor data: Business contact information and contractual metadata after onboarding, processed under written agreements.
- Correspondence: Content of emails you send to published addresses on this site.
We do not publish applicant lists, document libraries, or signer directories on public marketing pages.
3. Purposes and lawful basis (placeholder)
We process data to evaluate and manage contractual relationships, operate secure signing flows, meet legal obligations, and protect our systems. Lawful bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests (security and relationship management), and consent where required. Final mapping is subject to counsel review per jurisdiction.
4. Affiliated platform operator
After agreements and invitations, operational CRM data for onboarded users may be processed by an affiliated platform operator acting under program agreements and data processing terms. That processing is governed by your onboarding pack and separate workspace policies — not consumer marketing on this domain.
5. Retention
Recruitment, legal acceptance, and audit records are retained for active program requirements, dispute resolution, and applicable law, then deleted or anonymized per program policy. Marketing logs are retained only as long as needed for security and support.
6. Subprocessors
Hosting, email delivery, identity verification, and infrastructure may be provided by vetted subprocessors under written data processing terms. A current subprocessor appendix is maintained for onboarded programs and may be published here after legal review.
7. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other regions where infrastructure and partners operate. Transfer mechanisms apply where required by applicable law.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise rights — we may need to verify identity and program relationship.
9. Security & confidentiality
Signing links are personal, time-limited, and not listed publicly. Do not share your link. We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of program data; no method of transmission is guaranteed 100% secure.
